How does the launch offer work?
Start your first purchase before the launch offer ends and you get double coins: the Plus pack gives 22 instead of 11. It counts once per account, on your first paid order. What matters is when you start the checkout, so a payment that confirms a little after the deadline still gets it.
I don't have crypto. How do I pay?
The easiest way is an exchange app such as Binance: buy USDT with your local payment method, then withdraw it to the address on the payment page. Pick the BEP-20 (BSC) or TRC-20 (TRON) network if the page offers it; the fees are low.
My exchange took a fee and I sent a bit less. What now?
Exchanges often take their withdrawal fee out of the amount you send. Small differences are accepted automatically. If a larger part is missing, the order shows as underpaid: send the rest to the same address, or open a ticket on Discord with your order reference (UC-…) and staff will sort it out.
How long until I get my coins?
Usually a few minutes: the blockchain needs to confirm the payment, then the server delivers the coins within a minute if you're online, or as soon as you log in. Bitcoin can take longer when the network is busy.
Can I use my in-game password instead of a code?
Yes. The code is just quicker and means you never type your password anywhere but the game. Both link the payment to the right account, so coins can't land on a mistyped name.
Refunds
Unity Coins are a way to support the server's running costs, so purchases are final once the coins are delivered. If something went wrong and the coins never arrived, open a ticket on Discord with your order reference and we'll fix it.
What happens to my coins if I'm banned?
Coins stay on the account. Breaking the rules isn't refunded, so please read them before you buy.
